Do I need a prescription to have lab tests done?

Yes, a prescription is required for most lab tests. If you don't have one, our doctors can assess you and issue one on the spot.

Can I get my prescription during my appointment?

Yes. Just book a medical consultation. Your prescription can be issued during the appointment, followed by the tests at the clinic.

Do I need to book two appointments (consult + tests)?

No. If you see a doctor at the clinic, your tests can usually be done immediately after your consultation.

How will I receive my results?

Your results are delivered securely through your online patient portal, typically within 24 to 48 hours.*

Do I need to fast before my appointment?

Some tests require fasting. You'll receive instructions when booking your appointment, or from our team when needed.

Does my insurance cover lab tests?

Most private insurers cover lab tests, depending on your plan. We recommend contacting your insurer ahead of time to confirm your coverage. A detailed receipt is provided so you can submit a reimbursement claim.
